On Thur Feb. 19 at approximately 3 pm at the intersection of Khaopratumnak Rd and Thrappaya Rd a large sinkhole opened up and caused a truck to partially overturn.
The truck loaded with orange juice lost its footing as a sinkole gave way under it. The hole appeared after heavy rains on Wed caused a local construction area to be flooded and the resulting water allowed to undermine the roadway.
Luckily nobody was injured and the contents of the truck were not damaged or lost. Efforts were underway at the scene to unload and right the stricken vehicle.
