Central Festival Pattaya Beach & Hilton Pattaya Beach Nears Completion!

Two 29 storey buildings will soon open in Pattaya. It will be one of the largest beachfront shopping complexes in Asia. With some 240,000 sq meter mixed-use development and more than 200 leading international shops and restaurants, in a 12-storey shopping mall, there will also be a 25 lane bowling alley, a 10-screen cinema and a 3,000 sq meter supermarket.



The Hilton Hotel will be part of the Pattaya Beach project, with a 29-storey hotel. The hotel will have 300 rooms, the 25th floor will serve as Pattaya's first premium sky-restaurant overlooking Pattaya Bay.  World Class in Pattaya!
