Central Festival Pattaya Beach commenced its grand opening celebration on Friday, Jan. 23, 2009 with a gala celebration.
  Music, food and revelry are on hand for a wekend long bash coinciding with the observation of the Chinese New Year (Year of the Earth Ox).
 
  There was an exciting parade, as they closed off beach road for the event. Both sides of the street were pack with viewers.
