This is the Korean variant (model SHW-M250S) of the Galaxy S2 i9100 by Samsung. It's is unlocked and ready to use with any network. It has extra features such as built in TV with antenna and NFC (credit card swipe purchasing) function. It is super easy to flash any Android operating system rom on it that you wish. There are many internet forums with tutorials on how to do this, and if you desire, I can do it for you before you buy, or it will be sold "stock". It currently is running Lite'ning 6.1 rom with the DCKL1 radio, which is great for USA or Asia, and I have tested it on DTAC and AIS and it's working fine. Unit and after market charger only. Condition is 98% with a very small dent on the corner, but you have to look hard to see it. It has been screen protected front and back from day one.
