Voting Question: Should I do this AWESOME vacation?

16 August 2010, 4:42 am

My friend had recently moved overseas to Pattaya, Thailand. Although his sister is mature enough to stay in Jakarta all by herself, I thought it must be lonely for her. 3 weeks have passed, and I finally started to talk to her for once. I started with how the school's next holiday season is just 2 weeks from now, and I asked her if she is going to Thailand. She replied "Of course I'll do!" As soon as I got home, I first told my Dad about this, and said "You can, you just need to know the right time to do so (when is Eid' ul Fitri/Idul Fitri (very important for my religion which I have to be with my family), how long from Bangkok to Pattaya, is it ok for her parents to drive 1hr and a half to Bangkok, has the ticket been booked already (for her) e.t.c.)." My brother went to Bali with his friends as a UM, and this opportunity MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME! I will update this question once I have a talk with my Mom. UPDATE: Guess what? Approval by my Mom! And well, the visa hasn't expired!... Read More »
